Vibrant America is a 501 (c) 3 organization, organized for the purpose of teaching and promoting the performing arts. First organized in 1998 as the sponsor for HYCAP (Hispanic Youth Cultural Arts Program), an arts program that offered folk dance, music, and drama instruction for kids and community members in the Ogden Area.
